WHERE IS YOUR SHOP?
​Gone are the days of sitting in a waiting room that smells like filth, grease, or if you're lucky, new tires. We come to your home or office to complete the repairs.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN THE REPAIR IS BEING DONE?
It's up to you. You can stay and watch, or go about your business while we fix the problem. *You must leave your keys with the mechanic if you will not be present.​ By leaving your vehicle in possession of the mechanic, you are releasing Fast and Friendly Mobile mechanics, and any agents of the company of any damages not directly pertaining to the work being performed. are going to leave your vehicle, you must sign a disclaimer that you have removed your valuables and that we will not be held responsible.
​HOW DOES IT WORK?
It works like a charm.  Once you confirm your appointment.  A mechanic will come to the location you choose, and perform the repair on the spot.
WHAT SORT OF VEHICLES DO YOU SERVICE?
We are able to service 99% of all vehicles, and all types of repairs.  If we cannot do a particular service or repair we will tell you right from the beginning.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE?
We provide service to The Greater Sacramento Area.  We are able to provide service outside the normal area, but longer travel times may include additional fees.
DO YOU USE USED OR RECONDITIONED PARTS?
Generally we use brand new parts. However, we may occasionally use re-manufactured parts depending on same day part availability. All parts are purchased through reputable parts dealer. Parts are not included in quoted price, unless noted.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our labor rates are $95/ hour, and repair times are quoted based on the industry standard times from ALLDATA.com
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes, there is a $50 fee for cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment.
